1. Eligibility

Services such as Minority Certificates and certain Membership benefits are strictly available only to members of the Shree Cutchi Visa Oswal Deravasi Jain Mahajan community as defined in our constitution.

2. Hall & Room Bookings

The hall and rooms are provided for social and religious functions. The following rules apply:

• Usage: The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the event/stay.
• Nominal Cost: Fees charged are for maintenance and utility recovery. Commercial exploitation of the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Conduct: Users must adhere to the decorum of the CVODJM. Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Liability: The CVODJM is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including acts of God, government lockdowns, or natural disasters.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• Right to Cancel: The Management reserves the right to cancel any hall booking or membership if the individual is found acting against the values or constitution of the Shree Cutchi Visa Oswal Deravasi Jain Mahajan.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when applying for Membership or Minority Certificates. Submission of false documents will result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of applications.

4. Event Registration

Registration for events is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to alter event dates or venues due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Operational and Technical terms

Secure Storage: All your data is stored in AWS S3 bucket in encrypted format and not on any local servers.

6. Donation & tax Exemption Policy

Donations made to Shree Cutchi Visa Oswal Deravasi Jain Mahajan are not eligible for tax exemption under 80G.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR)

All intellectual property, including logos, images, designs and content belongs exclusively to Shree CVODJM trust. Imitation, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is punishable under: Copyright Act, 1957 – Sections 51, 63, 65. Information Technology Act, 2000 – Sections 66, 72.
